How employment works

W2 employment
Every ATLAS fundraiser is a W2 employee of the firm — not a contractor, not a gig.
Hourly base plus performance pay
Compensation combines an hourly base with performance pay. Terms are put in writing before you start.
No cash handling
Fundraisers never collect or carry donations. Enrollment is set up directly with the charity's systems.
Hiring never costs you anything
ATLAS will never ask a candidate for money, equipment purchases, or fees at any stage of hiring.
