Who we are
This website is operated by EMC Partnership, Inc. dba ATLAS Empowered, a fundraising and marketing firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. Using the site means you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use the site.
What this site is
The site describes the firm and invites nonprofits and candidates to get in touch by email. Its content is general information, not an offer. Writing to us creates no obligation on either side: we are not required to accept, and you are not required to proceed.
No guarantees
ATLAS designs and operates fundraising programs on behalf of nonprofit clients. Fundraising outcomes depend on many factors outside any firm's control; nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of results, revenue, donor counts, or performance, and nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice.
Inquiries
You agree that the information you send us is truthful and yours to share, and that you will not include sensitive personal data (such as Social Security numbers, government identifiers, financial account details, or health information). How email is kept is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site: no attempts to interfere with or probe the service, and no use of our contact address to send unlawful or deceptive content. We may decline or discard messages that violate this.
Intellectual property and third-party names
The ATLAS Empowered name, wordmark, and site content belong to EMC Partnership, Inc. dba ATLAS Empowered. Names of nonprofit organizations appearing on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners; they indicate campaign experience and imply no endorsement of this site by those organizations.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, EMC Partnership, Inc. dba ATLAS Empowered is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
